The Majority of IT companies offer support contracts, normally these tie the client in for 12 months with a single invoice, payable 30 days later. Generally service level received tends to decline during the 12 month period leaving the client frustrated.

payable monthly via standing order,  
10% Discount given if you subscribe to more than one service 
 
We firmly believe that “If we fail to deliver a continued high service level to you, then why should you continue to pay for our service”

All prices shown are subject to VAT at the standard rate One more thing. It’s important. I know your time is valuable. When your computer breaks down you want an engineer to come out to you fast and complete the repair with the very least interruption to your day. 
 
So I am going to make you this guarantee. When you call with an IT issue or problem, I guarantee I will have an engineer onsite within 6 working hours of your call. 
 
What’s more, if we are ever unable to keep this guarantee I will pay you £25 for each hour we are late or part thereof. That is how much I respect your time and how confident I am that we can provide with a maintenance facility that I think is the best-value you’ll find anywhere.
